Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial of the Pro plan?
No. The Free plan is unlimited for local use on one device, forever. You only upgrade when you actually need multi-agent or multi-device features.
Can I move from Pro annual to Cloud annual?
Yes, any time. The difference is prorated and Cloud enables the encrypted remote vault.
Does Local Lifetime include updates?
Yes, all updates to the local app. It does not include ongoing Cloud services.
Which currencies?
EUR only right now. Payment via Stripe in your local currency at Stripe’s live rate.
Refund policy?
14 days on Pro annual and Cloud annual, per EU regulations. Local Lifetime is refundable within 14 days as long as the license was not activated.
